think, like anybody else who's watched Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War, the last scene is the saddest scene. And for the diehard Marvel fans; well at least for some of us, we had our marvel lives stripped away in minutes.
I think, like anybody else who's watched Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War, the last scene is the saddest scene. And for the diehard Marvel fans; well at least for some of us, we felt our marvel lives fade away in minutes.
:'(
Seeing everyone fade away like that- I felt like the Russo Bros were trying to say "you loved them right? Hahaha now see them fade away from existence right in front of you!" I felt so bad when Peter Parker faded away in Tony Stark's hands- that was a totally heart wrenching scene. Worse was after they had built such an amazing father-son like relationship it had to end like that.
"Mr. Stark.. I don't feel so good... I don't want to go, I don't want to go, sir please!" ---- "I'm sorry."
And Peter Parker said his final words (at least, that was the script) as Tony desperately tried to hold on to his fading body.
The headcannons and fan art didn't make it any better.

!!!
Apart from Peter Parker and the main Avengers, I really like Wanda Maximoff as well. The way Steve Rogers cared for her was in previous movies were rather younger-sister like, always defending her. Another heartbreaking scene was her trying to destroy the Infinity Stone on Vision while battling Thanos, unable to control her tears as she knows she's killing her love and it was all because of the monster she single-handedly was trying to battle.

Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers became friends again, for like, a movie before he started fading away. And wait, what about Gamora's brutal death? She was never my favourite, but that scene just had so much emotion.
Not supporting Thanos, but that scene was probably the only scene we ever saw that confirmed that Thanos had even a percent of emotions. Well, I guess that was gone when he killed Gamora for the Soul Stone.

What about Dr. Strange sacrificing the Time Stone for Tony Starks life? To him, that would have been such a hard decision. Stange never really had a liking for Stark, and the Time Stone, he knew, was of much more importance. Why did he give it Thanos then? Was he counting on that 50% chance of them surviving? Or was it because he knew the future and it was essential to give Thanos the stone so that in the future Stark and the Avengers would reverse it all?
I guess we'll never know, apart from fan theories and all.
Slowly, they started fading away. Dr. Strange, Black Panther, Bucky Barnes, Nick Fury, Sam Wilson (Falcon), all the Guardians of the Galaxy except Rocket and Nebula.. Spider man and Scarlett Witch- and the list goes on.
And as we held our breath (and maybe some people had tears in their eyes), as we watched Thanos snap his fingers and the heroes started to fade away. I guess besides feeling awful, we all were waiting to see if the list would stop; hoping the list would stop.

And it did, eventually. After wiping out half the planet. We were all heartbroken (and kind of pissed at Marvel's creators?) For killing them off, leaving our heroes, who felt like losers without thier families and other friends. And (after wiping away a tear and a sigh maybe?) we were glad that at least the six main
Avengers were alive, while anticipating for the next movie's release.
And we watched that with nervousness, sadness, shock, joy and then in Horror.
And we thought Infinity War was a horrible Endgame.
